Event Description

Carol Kuniholm will be giving a brief update on all the news around legislation, legislative outreach and lawsuits.

Kathy Dale will present an overview of the strategies the Fair Districts team from New Garden Township used for a successful 4-0 vote by the Township Board of Supervisors to pass a resolution in support of redistricting reform. The New Garden approach was a team effort and involved mentoring, personal relationships with the BOS and generating turnout to the township meetings. Sharing of successful strategies used in other municipalities will be encouraged during the presentation so that volunteers can learn options for best approach in their resolutions work.

We’ll have time at the end to network, plan next steps and talk about preparation for the April 16 rally in Harrisburg.
