Event Description
The PA Supreme Court will be hearing oral arguments on the League v PA General Assembly redistricting lawsuit, beginning on January 17. The Public Interest Law Center offers details and RSVP (so they can alert you in case of changes) here. Please do NOT wear FDPA tee shirts; they are not allowed in the courtroom. Small pins may be permisable (and easy to remove if not allowed!) Note: the Supreme Court Room is in the main Capital building, not the Judicial Center where the Commonwealth Court hearings were held.
