Join the League of Women Voters of Centre County and other Fair Districts PA supporters in the annual Grange Fair parade, featuring high school bands, floats and community organizations parading through the fairgrounds. We’ll be carrying FDPA signs and may be able to hand out FDPA cards.
The fair is the oldest continuing tent fair in the country, begun in 1874 and lasting this year for 9 days. Campers stay in 1000 rented platform tents and over 1500 RVs, with thousands of additional guests each day. It’s a huge celebration of PA rural life.
$8 Daily Admission. $7 Daily Parking
August 21 is Senior Citizens’ Day at the fair, so admission on parade day is free for anyone 62 and over. Parking fees still apply.
